Arun Sada
Arun Sada with over a decade of deep engagement in politics and activism focused on land rights issues, especially for Dalits in Madhesh, Arun brings distinct insights for understanding and interrogating caste in Nepal. Known as the Mato Man (Man of Soil), he is the coordinator of the National Land Rights Forum in Siraha. Under his leadership, more than 1,500 Dalit households have received land registration certificates in the Siraha district. Sada is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and has dedicated his life to fighting discrimination against and the emancipation of Dalits. At JFP, Arun is a faculty member and part of a working group on Caste, Class, and Gender.
