Our Team

The Just Futures Pahal Team

The JFP Team comprises four groups of individuals, with many members overlapping in their roles to serve complementary purposes. The experimental work modalities, rooted in the principles of collaborative leadership and teamwork, are designed to cultivate optimal sikhne-sikhaune (learning and teaching) across all facets of JFP.

Investing in Ideas, Individuals, Institutions, and Movements

One of the central focuses for JFP is cultivating a vibrant team, the “JFP Team,” led by Dalit women. This team will work collaboratively with Dalit men, Dalit gender and sexual minorities, other marginalized groups, and progressives from dominant castes and others worldwide. In doing so, we aim to create an enabling space for supporting Dalit women as the next generation of change-makers, thought leaders, and knowledge producers on caste issues. We seek long-term collaborations with individuals, institutions, and movements involved in social justice worldwide. We actively explore both social and technological innovations for greater impact.
