Shusma Barali
Shusma writer, journalist, and activist who has previously worked at BBC Media Action (Sajha Sawal), Republica, and Himal Media. Her work delves into the everyday experiences of Dalit women, exploring the complexities of Khas language, caste dynamics, and gender politics. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication at Tribhuvan University. At JFP, Shusma will leverage digital spaces, open-source platforms, and social media to curate and foster conversations on caste-related issues.
